Real Capital London

Real Capital London founded in 2014 as an investment management arm of a British family office headquartered in the United Kingdom. We focus our investments on real estate, healthcare, education and technology sectors, public or private equity and venture capital. The aim is to invest into high-quality assets in the United Kingdom, and South East Asia for wealth preservation and a healthy return.

We believe in sharing our expertise and resources as and when opportunities arise. Therefore, we invest into sectors which have potential to make an impact. By sharing and working together effectively, we will achieve so much more. We consider South East Asia and United Kingdom as our key markets.

Real Estate

We are investing in direct and indirect real estate assets such as residential, commercial properties, hotel, hospital, healthcare facilities and nursing homes located across the United Kingdom and/or overseas as appropriate. All assets with an asset management potential could be attractive to us.

Healthcare

We love healthcare. We are investing into healthcare substantially, with a focus on the development of an integrated healthcare ecosystem comprising a network of GP clinics and pharmacies, a homecare system, a training, research and innovation centre, nursing homes, step-down facilities, a wellness and rehabilitation centre, and a world-class hospital designed to bring international standards of healthcare excellence to Vietnam. This healthcare ecosystem is being developed in Ho Chi Minh City and the Southern region of Vietnam.

Education

We invest in education with a focus on the medical field.

Technology

We invest in direct or indirect technology enterprises.

Public/Private Equity

We are investing in public and private equities, such as listed companies and private businesses. The propositions with a potential for structural growth and scalability are what we are after.

Venture Capital

We are investing in venture capital opportunities such as high-growth startups and early-stage businesses with disruptive ideas located across the United Kingdom and/or overseas as appropriate.
