Professor Noble has graciously accepted the dual roles of Chief Scientific Officer for Hong Anh Healthcare Group and Chair of the Hong Anh Healthcare Group Innovation and Training Centre.
Professor Noble brings an exceptional depth of experience and a distinguished academic and professional background to Hong Anh Healthcare Group. He is an engaging and highly networked senior strategic leader, renowned for his work across complex environments, including higher education, global research, and industry.
His impressive career highlights include:
- Global United Nations Engagement: Professor Noble currently serves as an Honorary Consultant to the United Nations UNITAR. In this role, he advises internationally on regenerative practice and sustainable development frameworks. Notably, he was invited to UN Headquarters to address diplomats of the G77 Nations and China on regenerative practice, sustainable growth, and environmental policy.
- Government Advisory & Healthcare Governance: He served as a Member of the UK Government’s Green Economy Pathfinder Board, where he provided strategic counsel on green economy initiatives and sustainable development policy. Within the UK healthcare sector, he has held active appointments as a Hospital Governor to oversee clinical standards, and has been involved in the NIHR-funded SEISMIC SHIFT programme to transform operational processes across the NHS.
- High-Profile Executive Leadership: His extensive executive portfolio includes serving as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Scientist at the UK Stem Cell Foundation, Director of the Institute for Healthy Urban Living at the University of Westminster, and Pro Vice-Chancellor for Research, Innovation & International at the University of St Mark & St John.
- Commitment to Innovation: He is a Director for the Institute for Innovation & Knowledge Exchange (IKE), spearheading national innovation frameworks. He also has a deep track record of leading comprehensive innovation audits for a diverse portfolio of international commercial entities and UK Healthcare Trusts.
- Academic Excellence: Professor Noble was awarded his Professorial title in “Regenerative Medicine” at the Edinburgh University Department of Medicine and holds prestigious fellowships with the Royal Society of Biology (FRSB), the Royal Society of Arts (FRSA), and the Institute of Innovation (FIKE). His highly esteemed academic background includes working with the Medical Research Council (MRC) at the University of Cambridge Department of Medicine.
