We will select suitable assets which will give us the best return with available resources and involve the lowest risk. We tend to invest into private businesses and real estate assets. Occasionally, we invest into shares, stocks, art objects, securities and gold.
Both markets and our needs change as time changes. As such, it is important to monitor for these changes as they occur and to update the plan to adjust for the changes that have occurred.
The performance of the investments will be measured in comparison to the benchmark or the standards set in our investment objectives. Risk and return will be evaluated. Measuring and evaluating the portfolio will give us a feedback, and help us to improve the quality as well as the performance of our investments in short, medium and long term.
Juliette founded Real Capital London in 2014. She has significant knowledge in improving returns and key value drivers of real asset and financial investments in the UK, Continental Europe and the Far East. Juliette is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), and she holds an MSc in Real Estate from the University of Reading.
